Using Gottman techniques I help “in-tact” couples identify deficits and leverage strengths to explore greater trust and healthier communication.  When couples are “disconnected” (even separated) they often need a structured “amends” pathway to learn if reconciliation, restoration, and reintegration can be a possible outcome in their situation.

Sex is celebration and beauty when shared in the context of a loving, committed relationship. However, it is a source of darkness, compulsion, shame and consequence when practiced only for self-gratification. The light of sexual and relational truth can shine brightly for those who suffer with a sexual addiction when they reach out for help via evidence-based treatment.

Anger a is a frequent emotion for many but can be destructive to relationships, the workplace, or driving habits if excessive and disproportional.  I provide both individual assessment and therapy for anger as well as a monthly anger management class on the last Saturday of each month.
